Written Exam
A test that evaluates an applicant's knowledge of firearm laws, safety rules, and handling procedures, often required to obtain a handgun license or permit. In Texas, this is set by the DPS and administered by a licensed course provider like ourselves. This is a standardized test written by the DPS and is the same among all providers. Its 25 multiple choice questions.
