Certificate of Completion
A document awarded to individuals who successfully complete the required training courses or exams for handgun licensing, often necessary to submit with the license application. In Texas this is called an LTC-100 or LTC-101. As of 05/2024 the DPS will switch to a consolidated form called an LTC-104. Do not submit an LTC-101 past May 2024, ask your instructor for an updated LTC-104 form if you are not provided with one for some reason. The DPS has notified all instructors going forward the LTC-104 must be used.
