Reciprocity Agreement
An agreement between two or more states recognizing each other's concealed carry permits, allowing permit holders to legally carry handguns across state lines under specified conditions. Texas has reciprocity with roughly 34 other States. Always check the Texas DPS website for the latest list of states that share reciprocity.
