Complete the Online Class
Complete the 4 module online class. Progress on your video based class is automatically saved allowing you to come and go as needed giving you maximum flexibility. + You get unlimited Exam attempts.
Download and print your DPS LTC-104 from us and take that with you to your shooting proficiency exam (see step 2).
Shooting Proficiency Exam
You'll shoot 20 rounds from 3 yards, 20 rounds from 7 yards, and 10 rounds from 15 yards (completion time: 1 hour). Schedule this with a verified instructor in Floyd County, TX after you complete step 1.

Texas DPS Mails You Your License

Getting Your CCW License in Mail
After everything is submitted to the DPS it generally takes about 2-4 weeks to get your license in the mail. Please note that by law, the DPS does have UP TO 60 days to get it to you.
